Will the course fully prepare me for the exam?

Yes, the course covers everything you will need to know to pass the IMAT exam. As there’s plenty of material, you will need to take your time and dedicate yourself to following the course, as it is extremely intensive.

Will this course work on other exams?

Our course not only provides a strong foundation to help you succeed in an average medical admission exam, but also covers a range of study techniques and topics that can benefit you throughout your medical school journey. In the unlikely event that you need to switch to a different medical school or if the IMAT exam is cancelled, you will have developed a solid knowledge base to prepare for any other admission exam all over the world.

What is the refund policy?

We have a policy in place! You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not utilized a significant part of the course materials or scheduled a coaching session. We also won’t be able to issue refunds if the IMAT exam is in 30 or less days, due to the nature of the product. Please be aware that if you paid via Stripe, the refund amount will be the total purchase price minus the credit card and Stripe fees that we incur during each transaction. For the live summer classes and coaching, even for early enrollment, please note that a refund won’t be issued beyond 14 days after completing the payment. Please make sure you are certain you are intrested in taking our courses before enrolling, and that you have all the decessary documents and knowledge to register for the IMAT, and issue the documents around it, such as the Visa, Declaration of Value, etc. We won’t be responsible for a faliure of the student to get the proper documents, apply for a visa on time or register for the IMAT exam itself, and won’t issue a refund in such case.

What if I don’t pass the exam? Can I retake the online course for free?*

Yes! If you have fully used the course yet still haven’t passed the exam, you will get to have our online course again for another year until the next exam. Please mark your lessons as complete when watching the videos so we can track your progress and confirm it!

What if the IMAT gets canceled or the way to get accepted in medical schools in Italy changes?

Our classes cover more than just the IMAT exam, including essential topics such as biology, chemistry, math, physics, critical thinking, and problem-solving, which are useful for any medical admission exam over the world. While our course is specifically designed for the IMAT, the material is relevant for most medical schools worldwide, particularly for the first semester of study. Therefore, even if the IMAT is canceled, payments will not be refunded, and the course will continue as planned. If the IMAT is canceled or rescheduled, or if the admission process for medical schools in Italy changes, refunds will not be available. We will adapt our course to comply with the new changes and guide students through the updated process.

Will I be able to ask you questions about things I didn't understand?

Of course! We have a very active student-only platform where the team answers the questions of the students. You will be able to leave your quesitons over there.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes! We work with Klarna, which allows you to pay over 4 interest-free payments. After choosing the relevant package, please choose “Klarna” as your payment option. Please note that Klarna is only available in specific countries.

When should I start using this course?

We suggest utilizing our online course for a period of approximately 3 months leading up to the exam. Prior to engaging with our course, we highly recommend using our complimentary study planner at least once.

I determine the admission rate of individuals who have utilized my course content to its fullest potential. It is important to note that I exclude those who have enrolled in the course but did not utilize the content for various reasons from this calculation. The stats were calculated based on the analysis of the scores from 2020 to 2022. And yes, 70% is a very impressive admission rate, probably the highest among all courses available today.

How long is the access?

The Access is from the day of the purchase until the next IMAT exam. If you haven’t passed the exam yet and used the course fully, you will get another year for free.

What if the IMAT won't take place after the summer anymore?

If the IMAT has a significantly different date, we will make the proper adjustment to our live classes and coaching, as well as online course, to make sure to deliver our courses as originally promised.
