Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Ari Horesh, trading as EnterMedSchool, VAT IT02865360180. Our business address is Via Francesco Orsi 27, 27100 Pavia (PV), Italy. When we say "we" or "us", we mean EnterMedSchool. These terms cover this website and the courses described below.

When you create an account or buy something, we ask you to accept the terms that apply. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal information. Reading it, or confirming that you read it, does not mean you agree to optional marketing or tracking. You can read our public pages without an account; the content rules in sections 9 and 10 still apply.

Existing purchases keep the terms and benefits agreed at purchase, together with the rights the law gives you. These new terms do not take any of that away. A product shown as "coming soon" is not a promise of a release date and not an offer to buy it.

2. Our Services

2.1 Free Resources

You can use the guides, past papers, planning tools and other public resources that are open when you visit. The official question bank and flashcards are closed at launch, with no daily allowance. The library, books, lessons and social features stay closed until we release them. The contribution system has been removed; content ratings and "Which is better?" votes are separate feedback tools.

2.2 Paid Services

The IMAT course and the Summer BootCamp are separate paid services. You buy them through Stripe Payment Links. Before you pay, the offer and the checkout show the seller, what is included, the total price with any tax, the access period and the schedule. Creating an account on this website never starts a recurring payment.

EnterMedSchool+ is coming soon. At launch there are no membership prices, sales, renewals or checkout. Joining "Notify me" only asks us to email you when it opens. It is not a purchase, a deposit, a subscription or a guaranteed place.

If you already bought a course, you keep using your course platform, such as alpha.entermedschool.com. A new account on this website does not move your old account and does not cancel access you already bought.

2.3 Service Availability and Changes

We may improve or change free features, and the website sometimes needs maintenance. If we make a big change to a paid service, we will explain it and give you any remedy that your contract or consumer law requires. A "coming soon" feature is not part of a purchase unless the offer says so. We do not use these terms to remove paid access without a good reason and a fair remedy.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

3.1 Account Creation

Give accurate information for your account and keep it up to date. Use an email address you control. You can sign in with a password or with Google. Student verification confirms only what that process checks; it is not proof of a professional qualification.

3.2 Account Security

Keep your password and recovery information private. Tell us at ari@entermedschool.com if someone may have accessed your account. Use available security controls and sign out on shared devices.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 16 to use an account. If you are 16 or 17, read these terms with a parent or legal guardian. They must approve your use where local law requires it. A parent or legal guardian must make or approve any purchase for a minor, as the law requires. Being old enough to give privacy consent online does not make a minor old enough to sign contracts like an adult.

3.4 Account Termination

You can ask us to close your account. We may restrict an account when we need to protect people, security or our content, or after a serious or repeated breach of these terms. Any restriction must be in proportion to the problem. A person decides permanent closure for suspected misuse, and you can ask us to review a mistake. Closing your account here does not cancel a purchase you made separately or a refund you are entitled to.

3.5 Single-User Accounts

An account is for one learner. Do not share credentials or let someone else use your paid access. A parent can buy for a learner without becoming a second learner on that account.

3.6 Account Resale Prohibition

Do not sell, rent, transfer or trade an account, a course place or retake access without our written agreement. This does not limit a right to transfer that the law gives you.

3.7 Unauthorized Access and Enforcement

Do not get around sign-in, payment or access controls, pretend to be someone else, or use stolen login details. We may take steps to investigate and protect the service, in proportion to the problem. Suspicion alone is not proof of wrongdoing, and these terms never allow an automatic penalty charge.

3.8 How We Protect Single-User Access

We use the account security checks and rate limits described in the Privacy Policy. A planned system that watches how fast pages are read, to stop scraping, is not running at launch. We will explain any new data collection before it starts. Our ban on automated access does not mean we track every page you read.

3.9 Logins From New Locations and Account Locking

A security check may ask you to confirm it is you, or briefly stop repeated attempts. A login from a new place does not lock your account by itself. If your own login is blocked, contact ari@entermedschool.com and we will look into it and help. We will never ask for your password or a sign-in code by email.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Online Course Refunds

This applies to the online IMAT course, including the Last Moment Package. You can ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase while you are still trying the course. A refund is not available:

• After 14 days from the date of purchase, even if the IMAT date changes or the exam is canceled (section 5)
• Once you have watched more than 2 hours of video or attempted 100 or more practice questions, whichever comes first
• In the last 30 days before the exam

The limits on video, questions and the last 30 days apply only if you agreed at checkout that your access starts right away and that you then lose your legal right to withdraw; otherwise, the legal 14 days in section 4.7 apply without these limits.

If the offer you accepted before paying set out different refund terms, those terms apply to your purchase. A later change to this website never reduces an offer you already accepted. If anything in the offer or checkout is unclear, ask us before you pay.

4.2 Live Bootcamps

BootCamp places are limited. You can withdraw within 14 days of purchase (section 4.7). After that, there is no refund if you change your mind, unless the offer you accepted says otherwise.

If we cancel a BootCamp or do not deliver it as sold, you get the remedies the law gives you, such as a refund.

4.3 1-on-1 Coaching

Coaching places are limited. The cancellation rules shown before you buy apply. Reserving a place does not, by itself, end your 14-day right to withdraw (section 4.7).

4.4 Private 3-Hour Sessions

If you have a private session booked, ask to reschedule at least 48 hours before it starts. The cancellation terms you agreed to apply. This section is not an offer of new sessions or prices.

4.5 Processing Fees

If you withdraw within the legal 14 days, we do not take Stripe or card fees off your refund. For any other refund, we take off a fee only if the offer clearly said so before you paid and the law allows it.

4.6 How to Request a Refund

Email ari@entermedschool.com. Tell us which order it is and that you want to cancel or withdraw. Any clear message is enough; you do not need special words.

When you withdraw, we refund you as soon as we can and no later than 14 days after your message. The money goes back to the payment method you used, unless you agree to another way that costs you nothing.

4.7 Your Statutory Rights (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, the law usually gives you 14 days from purchase to withdraw from an online purchase. Some legal exceptions apply.

For digital content, this right ends early only if you asked for access to start right away, agreed that this ends your right, and we confirmed this to you. Accepting these terms, or going past the limits in section 4.1, does not end it by itself.

For a service such as a BootCamp, asking us to start within the 14 days does not end the right. If the legal conditions are met, you may have to pay for the part already provided. If we fully provide the service within the 14 days, the right ends only if you asked us to start early and agreed beforehand that you would lose it. Reserved dates or seats alone do not make a BootCamp an exception.

If the course or a service does not match what you bought, the law gives you separate remedies, such as a fix, a lower price or ending the contract. The limits in section 4.1 do not affect those remedies.

5. IMAT Exam Changes and Cancellation Policy

5.1 No Refunds for Exam Cancellation or Changes

Exam authorities can change the IMAT date, format or admission rules, or cancel the exam. If that happens:

• There is no refund for a course, BootCamp or coaching after the 14 days in section 4.
• The course keeps running and keeps teaching the planned material.
• We tell you how the change affects your course and reschedule live sessions when needed.

5.2 Rationale

The course teaches biology, chemistry, physics and math, together with logic skills and exam strategy. You can use this knowledge for many admission exams and later in your studies, not only for the IMAT. We do not promise that a course covers everything another exam or qualification asks for.

5.3 Acknowledgment of Risk

Before you buy, check with the official authorities that you can register for the exam, and check the deadlines and any visa or document requirements. We do not control whether an exam takes place or whether you are admitted. We still owe you the service you paid for.

6. Pass Guarantee

Pass Guarantee is the name of our course retake offer. It gives you extra access if you meet its conditions; it is not a promise that you will pass an exam. Keep the offer and terms you received with your purchase; we honor the benefits that apply to it.

6.1 Terms

If you bought the Full IMAT Online Course, did the required work and did not pass the IMAT, you can get one more year of access at no extra cost. Discounted enrollments follow section 6.3.

6.2 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, you must:

• Complete at least 80% of the course videos.
• Attempt at least 2,500 practice questions on the course platform.
• Attend at least 75% of the live question-solving sessions, if your course includes them.
• Show proof of your exam registration and your results.
• Ask for the retake within 30 days after the results are published.

These conditions refer to the course platform, not to this website, whose question bank is closed at launch. If a problem on our side stopped you from meeting a condition, we take that into account. Any better term we agreed with you still applies.

6.3 Discounted Enrollments

A discounted enrollment follows its own offer. The EUR 599 Last Moment Package covers its own season. Instead of a free retake year, it offers a EUR 250 top-up to the EUR 849 IMAT 2027 early-bird course. We do not apply this exception to other offers unless it was part of their purchase terms.

6.4 Free Retake Eligibility

The free retake is for the original learner who took the exam, did not pass and met the conditions in section 6.2. Send us the evidence we need, and no unrelated personal records.

6.5 Free Retake Coverage

The free retake covers only the online course you qualified with. It does not include a BootCamp, coaching or any other paid service. A broader benefit that we specifically agreed to when you bought still applies.

6.6 Free Retake Abuse

You may not sell, share or transfer retake access to another learner without our agreement. A person reviews suspected misuse, and any response is in proportion to the problem. We will not automatically charge your saved card or payment method as a penalty, or make you buy a course again without a legal basis.

7. Educational Use Only: Not Medical Advice

Our materials are for education. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and do not replace professional training, clinical supervision or a qualified clinician. Do not use a study tool to make a decision about a real patient. Do not upload patient-identifiable information. For a medical emergency, contact local emergency services.

8. AI-Assisted Content and AI Study Features

8.1 AI-Assisted Content

Some of our study material is made with help from AI tools. AI and people can both make mistakes, so check important information with an authoritative source and tell us about errors. Using AI does not mean the content is certified as medically accurate. How we use AI explains how we use it.

8.2 AI Study Features

This website has no AI tutor at launch. When we describe planned study tools, that is not a promise that they are available now. Before any new feature opens, we will describe it clearly and give its privacy information. The external-AI rules in sections 9 and 10 still apply to our protected content.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

Our original text, videos, questions, flashcards, illustrations and software belong to EnterMedSchool or to whoever holds the rights to them. We do not claim to own facts, your own original work or public-domain material. For content from others, we claim no more than the rights we hold.

9.2 Permitted Use

• Read and use available materials for your own personal study.
• Take personal notes, including short extracts where we or the law allow them.
• Share links to public pages.
• Use the files we offer for download, within the permissions shown with them.

A download button does not give you permission to hand out copies of the whole collection. Notes you write yourself stay yours. A copied question, explanation or transcript does not become your original work because you put it in a notes file.

9.3 Prohibited Use

Unless we give you written permission, or the law or a separate license allows it, you must not:

• Copy or collect our protected content in bulk.
• Redistribute our protected content.
• Record or extract restricted videos.
• Remove copyright or other rights notices.
• Use our protected content to build a competing collection.

Do not upload, paste, send or otherwise give our protected content, or exports that contain it, to an external AI tool or service. Do not let an AI agent access it either. This includes chatbots and AI study apps used to summarize, translate, analyze or answer questions. It also includes indexing datasets and training, fine-tuning, evaluating or improving AI models. Your own original notes that contain none of our protected content are not covered by this rule.

9.4 Content Protection and Enforcement

We may investigate a suspected breach and take steps to protect our content, in proportion to the problem. When we restrict something, we explain why and offer a review by a person. We may delay the details only for a lawful security reason or when the law requires it. A suspected match does not prove who copied something. You keep your right to challenge a decision, and any remedy the law gives you.

9.5 Open Source and Third-Party Materials

Separate licenses still apply to open-source software, material from others, downloads that come with their own license, and public-domain material. These rules do not take away copyright exceptions that a contract cannot override, including research or text-and-data-mining rights where they apply. You may still use normal browser features and assistive technology to access what you are allowed to use.

10. User Conduct

Use EnterMedSchool fairly. You may study with the features and downloads we provide. Unless we give you written permission, or the law or a separate license allows it, you must not:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or collect our protected content by hand or with a tool.
• Access the site with bots, scripts, automated browsers or other automated tools, or get around access controls. Search engines may index public content only as our published crawling rules allow; those rules give no access to private content.
• Feed our protected content, or exports that contain it, to an external AI service, including for summaries, translations or answers, or use it to train or improve an AI model.
• Share or sell an account, or publish, sell or redistribute restricted materials.

These rules do not take away what section 9 keeps for you: personal notes, permitted downloads, accessibility tools, separate licenses and the legal exceptions that a contract cannot override. We do not forbid a screen reader or normal browser use for permitted study.

Do not harass others, pretend to be someone else, post or send another person's private information, upload patient information, interfere with security, or use the service for cheating or any other illegal activity.

If activity looks like misuse, we may limit access temporarily while a person reviews it. We tell you the reason when the law allows us to, and you can challenge a mistake at ari@entermedschool.com. A person decides permanent closure. Any action must be in proportion to the problem and must respect the consumer rights that no contract can take away. These terms do not claim that a new scraping detector runs at launch.

11. Community, Messages, and Your Content

Community and messaging are closed on this website at launch. This section covers feedback or private material you can send us now; it does not reopen those features.

11.1 Community Features

We will explain visibility, moderation and privacy before opening a community feature. A separate community or course service has its own rules. Do not assume that its messages migrate to a new account.

11.2 Content You Create

You keep ownership of your original material. You give us only the permission we need to store, process and show it for the feature you use, and to handle feedback you send. This does not let us use your private material for public promotion or to train outside AI. The permission ends when the material is deleted, apart from limited records we may lawfully keep, as the Privacy Policy explains.

11.3 Peer Content Is Not Verified

Advice from another learner is not an official admissions statement or medical advice. Check important claims with the relevant authority.

11.4 Moderation and Reporting

Send a content or conduct concern through an available report control or email ari@entermedschool.com. We may remove unlawful material or material that breaches these terms, with appropriate review and an opportunity to challenge a mistake. Reporting does not authorize us to publish your private information.

12. Gamification & Virtual Items

This website has no in-app money at launch. It does not sell or redeem points or virtual currency, and the removed contribution system earns no rewards. Any future reward feature will get clear terms before it opens. Progress indicators are for learning only; they are not money or an investment.

13. Mobile App

13.1 One Platform

These terms do not promise that an existing mobile app uses the same accounts as this website or gets every new feature. Existing app access and purchases keep the terms that applied to them. Browser push notifications are closed on this website at launch.

13.2 App Store Terms (Apple)

If you use an existing iOS app, its app license and Apple's terms still apply to it. This website update does not replace the license terms that the App Store requires, and it does not make Apple responsible for the website. Contact us about the terms for your own app purchase.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Google sign-in, YouTube videos you choose to play, the Chatway support chat and Stripe checkout rely on outside services. Their own terms apply to their services, and we stay responsible for what we provide. The Privacy Policy explains what information is shared with them. Existing live courses may use other services that we name separately, such as Zoom.

We link to universities, exam authorities and other sites to help you find information. Check the official source before you rely on a deadline, an eligibility rule or an admission requirement. An outside service does not take away our duties under your purchase contract.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

We work to make our materials useful and accurate, but cannot promise an uninterrupted service, error-free content or a particular exam result. The legal standards for a paid service or digital content still apply.

15.1 Accuracy of Information: Verify Before You Rely

Admissions rules and deadlines can change. Verify important information with the relevant exam authority, university or official admissions service. Tell us about errors so we can investigate. Asking you to check does not remove the responsibility that the law places on us.

16. Limitation of Liability

Each of us remains responsible as the law requires. We do not exclude or limit liability for fraud, intentional wrongdoing, gross negligence, death or personal injury where the law prohibits exclusion, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If a service is not supplied or does not match the contract, consumers keep the remedies the law gives them, under the contract and the law that apply. Exam results depend on things outside our control, but that does not excuse us from delivering what we sold.

17. Indemnification

If you are a consumer, we do not make you pay for every claim or cost that comes from normal use of the service. If you act unlawfully and that causes a loss, the law that applies decides who is responsible and what amount, if any, can be recovered. We do not charge your payment method automatically, and we do not make you defend a claim that has nothing to do with what you did.

18. Dispute Resolution

18.1 Informal Resolution

Please contact ari@entermedschool.com if something goes wrong so we can try to resolve it. You do not have to wait 30 days, let a legal deadline pass or finish our support process before you use a legal right, ask for urgent relief or complain to a regulator.

18.2 Governing Law

Italian law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protections that the law of the country where you live gives you and that a contract cannot override.

18.3 Jurisdiction

If you are a consumer, you can bring or defend a case in the courts that the law guarantees you, including the courts where you live when that rule applies. We do not require a consumer to use only the courts of Pavia. If you are not a consumer, the law that applies decides which courts can hear the dispute.

18.4 Consumer Rights

Nothing here takes away consumer or data-protection rights that no contract can remove. You can make a privacy complaint to the Garante, Italy's data protection authority, or to another authority that can handle it, as the Privacy Policy explains. These terms do not force you into arbitration, and they do not make you give up collective legal remedies, such as group actions.

19. Changes to These Terms

When these terms change, we update the date shown on this page. Before a big change that affects an account or a paid service, we tell you in good time and ask for your agreement where that is required. A change does not take back a benefit you already bought. Continuing to browse does not mean you agree to a new optional use of your data or to a new charge.

20. General Provisions

20.1 Severability

If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the law that no contract can override applies instead, and the rest of these terms keeps working where it can do so fairly. Your consumer protections under the law stay in place.

20.2 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with the offer you accepted for a purchase and its confirmation, describe our agreement. The Privacy Policy explains how we handle data. This section does not take away any statement or right that the law makes binding.

20.3 Assignment

An account is personal. If the business is transferred, you keep your rights under your contract and your privacy rights. We will give any notice that is required, and we will not use a transfer to reduce a benefit you bought.

20.4 No Waiver

If we do not act on a breach right away, that does not mean we give up our rights for the future. The same goes for your rights.

20.5 Language

These terms are in English. If we offer a translation, we try to keep the meaning the same. Local language rules and consumer rules that a contract cannot override come before any language preference stated here.
