    The longest neuron is the one that receives and transmits the sensory signal to the spinal cord. The shortest will be the relay neuron since it only exists within the spinal cord. So the medium size neuron will be the motor neuron that signals the skeletal muscle contraction. The answer is F.

    Agree answer is F.

    When you touch the hot plate the impulse has to travel from your finger to your spinal cord. Whereas the motor stimulus to pull your finger away only has to travel from the spinal cord to you bicep.
