    Hello!

After taking the IMAT exam, once you have been accepted into a Univ, are you required to take any more admission tests? Could I be rejected for some reason even if I score 50+?

Hey, as far as i know, you dont have to take any separate exam after taking admission. However, some universities wants you to score some minimum marks in Biology and Chemistry (I dont know how much). If you dont get, then also they never cancels admission. Its just that you then have to cover it in your first year.
